Fees for our Services are as described on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any changes to our fees will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Thrivation LLC, a Thrivation LLC employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles, California.
