Why This Workshop Matters:
You chose medicine to help people heal. But what happens when the system itself is hurting?
Trauma doesn’t just live in our patients it lives in us too. It shows up in the rushed visits, the emotional exhaustion, the quiet moments when you wonder how much longer you can keep going.
This workshop offers a compassionate, practical approach to trauma-informed care, one that honors both your patients’ stories and your own.
You’ll walk away with tools to provide safer, more human-centered care without adding more to your plate and strategies to protect your own well-being along the way.
If you’re feeling depleted or looking for a more sustainable, aligned way to show up in medicine, this space is for you.
