Mona Saint, MD, MPH
Keynote Speaker
Mona Saint, MD, MPH, is a triple board-certified physician in OB/GYN, Integrative Medicine, and Obesity Medicine, dedicated to helping women physicians reconnect with their inner strength and reclaim their well-being. Drawing from her roles as Director of Emotional Wellbeing at the Chopra Mind-Body Medical Center, Physician and Master Educator at the Deepak Chopra Center for Wellbeing, and Clinical Instructor at UCSD School of Medicine, she has led numerous transformative keynotes and retreats that have inspired thousands to rediscover balance and vitality in their lives.
Dr. Saint creates personalized paths to vitality and wellness with an integrated approach from a background in Ayurveda and many years of teaching meditation and mindfulness at the Chopra Center. Her compassionate and evidence-based approach empowers women to thrive both personally and professionally, sharing powerful techniques to reduce stress, enhance peak performance, and find true joy in life. She believes that when women are genuinely supported, their healing and growth extend well beyond themselves, creating a lasting impact in their families and communities.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Saint loves nature, delicious meals, and laughter with family and friends, travel, music, and anything with salted caramel. Her husband jokes that she can sing a few lyrics to any name-that-tune song—a completely non-useful life skill that certainly didn't help her pass her board exams! :) Dr. Saint believes that women physicians are the true healers of their families and communities—sacred beings who deserve the space and support to thrive. She looks forward to leading the keynote at the Redefining Joy in Medicine retreat, where, alongside Dr. Chen-Joea and Rose Oxford, they will share powerful strategies to rediscover joy, cultivate resilience, and create sustainable well-being.
"When women heal, families heal. When families heal, communities transform." — Dr. Tererai Trent
